Things couldn’t be sweeter for our customers with delivery to anywhere in the UK mainland absolutely FREE.

Delivery will normally take 2 to 5 working days after you have received your despatch notification, though extreme locations may take a few days longer. A signature may also be required upon delivery of the goods.

If you are interested in purchasing items but you are located outside of the UK and the destination country does not appear on the Location list (on the Check Out page) then please drop us an e-mail and we will happily discuss delivery arrangements.

Return Policy

  • Return & Refund available to untouched HoodieBuddies (Tags, packaging unchanged) *Customer must pay for return shipping cost.
  • Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns if the ear phones have been placed in ears.
  • For all returns please refer to our Returns Instructions

NOTE: HoodieBuddie™ is not responsible for the improper washing of the garment. It is strongly recommended that the care instructions are understood. Remember to remove your musical device from the garment prior to washing; HoodieBuddie™ is not responsible for the washing of your musical device.

Warranty Policy

  • There is a 30 days earphone warranty, new earphone and instructions of re-installing earphones into your garment if there is a manufacturers defect of our products.
  • HoodieBuddie™ is not responsible for any garment damages, warranty is not provided for garment.
  • Our warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to neglect, unreasonable use, accident, violation of the operating instructions, or any product that has been modified by you or an unauthorized service agent.
  • Products out of warranty requiring service will be reviewed individually.
